Midwest Instuments is operated in Northern Wisconsin by Garret Crisler.  The company was founded in 1997 when, after working in numerious enviromental monitoring fields, a need for a low cost, weather proof, battery powered paddle wheel type flow meter was realized.  The meters are assembled here in Wisconsin from parts domestic and foriegn.
